Still many questions surrounding the terrible fire that broke out in Urumqi, Xinjiang, yesterday. The fire, that killed 10, broke out at 19.54 and wasn't extinguished until 22.35. Cause was a multi plug power board in a bedroom located on 15th floor of the apartment building.

Chinese authorities want people to order fewer dishes in restaurants to reduce food waste. I've never seen food wasted in restaurants; what people don't finish there, they take home to eat during the week. buff.ly/2DVbvXk
