I looked through the data on businesses that got paycheck protection dollars, and found that 19 groups registered to lobby the PA govt received millions. Firms that primarily lobby aren’t supposed to get PPP money. But it turns out, there’s a big caveat. whyy.org/articles/millions-o…

PPP money isn’t supposed to go to businesses primarily engaged in lobbying. Pa. lobbyists who received the money say it’s only part of their business.

Philly gave away 2,300 properties for $1 each. Now it is owed nearly $900,000 in back taxes.

As Philadelphia’s population shrunk and property values declined, the city gave away houses and lots for $1. Today, hundreds of thousands in taxes are overdue.
