Here's the article in question: cxl.com/blog/differentiation…
I enjoyed working on this piece (took months). I was naturally curious how it'll do in Google.
When you look what's currently ranking at the top for 'differentiation strategy', you'll see it's mostly uber basic content.
Agreed - though keep in mind that meaningful doesn't necessarily equal productive.

How to never run out of things to share on social media:
1. Make a list of "50 things I have learned in my career"
2. Every time you get a new insight, add it to the list.
3. Every time you go "oh that's interesting", explore this idea, add to the list.

The difference between motion and action.
Motion:
-talk to a personal trainer
-research your book idea
-explore different types of meditation
Action:
-do 10 squats
-write 1 sentence
-meditate for 1 minute
Motion feels like progress. Action is progress.

There’s no excuse to not buy books.

Y’all I’m tired of talking about problem solving, hypothetical or genuine right now.
At the start of all this, I’d see “HOW TO ____ IN THE AGE OF CORONAVIRUS” and immediately tap and scroll, hoping to read something I didn’t already know.
