Gaza's "civil defense" personnel were portrayed as innocent first responders, routinely feeding casualty reports to int'l media. Yet more than 20 have been identified as Hamas or PIJ combatants, including Mahmoud Al-Maqdama. Every report out of Gaza was manipulated by Hamas.
