About 6 months ago I was laid off.
The market is changing fast, priorities shift, and I’m genuinely grateful for the time I spent with my previous employer. I hope they continue to succeed.
After a few months of rethinking what I wanted to do next, I realized something:
I want to build products and eventually live off them.
Hyperfocus and ACED QUEST are two of the projects you've probably seen me building in public.
My runway is now down to about 2–3 months 🫠
So, rather than giving up on that goal, I'm looking for contract, temporary, or part-time Ruby on Rails work that can help me extend the runway while I continue building.
