I can’t imagine how hard it’ll be to continually clean fingerprints off the new MBP touchscreen display with nano texture.
I have the nano texture on my M4 MBP and I love it but it’s 12X harder to clean than a glossy display and it feels extremely delicate, like one wrong swipe could damage it.
Random thoughts, Star Trek Edition
Part 1
I somehow only heard today that Walter Koenig aka Ensign Pavel Chekov went to the great beyond a few days ago. He was 90 (!).
I grew up loving the original Star Trek movies and his performances in that beautiful ensemble cast made the those movies truly special.
Watching those movies is like going back to my room at my parents house.
Part 2
What I also didn't know is he was married to the same woman, Judy Levitt, for 57 years. Judy died in 2024. I hope they're back together.
Part 3
Of the original cast, only Captain Kirk and Sulu are still with us.
Somehow William Shatner is as vibrant now at 95 as we he 40 years ago. He still tours, rides horses, does conventions, and he tweets so much I sometimes mute him for a few days so he doesn't fill my timeline.
Deforest Kelly (Bones) passed at 79. Leonard Nimoy (Spock) at 83. Age is a strange thing.
James Doohan (Scotty) had health issues but make it to 85.
Nichelle Nicoles (Uhura) left us at 89.
William Shater is 95 and touring with his new band.
Age is a strange thing.

Today I turn 88…I’ve seen some serious shit. The most serious of it all is love. I love my family, my friends, and my wonderful fans. The power of love remains.
THEY ACTUALLY DID IT - With the new Apple TV and current HomePods, you can configure 4 HomePods into real surround sound for your TV!
I proposed this feature years ago in my HomePods review videos!

There are people who leave a mark on the world, and then there are people who change it entirely. Steve changed the world and so many lives in the process. He certainly changed my life forever. His spirit lives on in everything he created and everyone he inspired.

The way Steve taught us to care about every detail, every experience, every person, still guides our work today. Forever grateful.
The new Apple Care One Family plan basically covers every (eligible) product your entire family owns for $50 a month. That's a steep price, but covers up to 6 people's devices... could be worth if if you own 6 iPhones, multiple Macs and iPads.

La personne qui a conçu ça est un génie ! Une dinguerie, je pensais que c'était fake pendant la conf.
