Is anyone still making unnecessary updates to their personal site? Anyway, here's mine. The water is a three.js scene that changes with the live weather at Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Made a little game. It's a deck-builder roguelite (kind of like Balatro or the Slay the Spire), but food-themed.

I think most design roles are going to require working in production alongside engineers. Models are getting better and more designers are becoming technical. It'll go from a unicorn skillset to a baseline requirement, like when most companies stopped hiring UX or UI-only roles.

The latest models have gotten really good at designing inside existing products. I'm finding I only open Figma now when I'm starting something new that needs its own brand and design system.

The other thing I've automated is creating assets for blog and social posts. I used to create them in Figma, but it's now entirely outsourced to @getversive's internal agent and Claude Code.

Hi, I'm Felix. I'm an eng lead working on Claude. I love watching people take flight and do things they never thought possible. We often describe that as "being more ambitious" when using AI, which is tricky advice to follow. I wrote a tutorial: felixrieseberg.com/how-to-be…

The NYC Marathon is in three weeks, and I'm running it for the first time. @nyrr publishes mile-by-mile splits for all 59k finishers, so I mapped last year's race. ericli.io/writing/nyc-marath…

Inspired by the data stories of the @nytimes, which were on display at the (free) information design exhibit at the @MuseumModernArt

Apparently Claude can also do this in its own canvas
I've been getting great results by asking Claude to build design variations in the codebase, with a page to compare them and toggle states. It seems to push the agent to think more about design and return better solutions than asking for a single option.

i think something people underestimate is you can get better at vibecoding like a lot better there's probably as much a range as between day 1 of programming to day 10,000

The first iteration is never perfect, but you can usually iterate into something good in 2-3 rounds.

Claude (and my Slack agent) are eating all my other apps. Felt like I stopped looking at code after the latest models came out, so I looked at my Mac screen time over the last 2 weeks. 27 hours in Claude, 14 in Slack, mostly working with our agent. 42 minutes in Cursor (my IDE), 18 minutes in Figma.

Built a game using Opus 5.5 this weekend. It's a naval warfare roguelite that runs in the browser.

Built a hotel search where the result card redesigns itself based on what you're looking for (powered by Jev from @typesafeai)
