When my dad was building his village house,
National Construction Authority kept rotating around the village trying to see if they can find a single joint of noncompliance.
You cannot convince me, that someone built an 18 floors storey building in Eastleigh without approval.
If so, then everyone at NCA and Urban and Physical Planning should be frog marched to jail.
