Zelenskyy: “Just imagine, there are Ukrainian children who have never known peace. That’s absolutely horrifying.
Many children in Ukraine, including among the fallen, have never lived in peace.
We lived in a different time. We understand what it’s like to live without sirens, shelling, and constant fear.
But these kids go down to the bomb shelter every night when the alarm goes off, and it goes off every night. Then they come back up, and some of them have died.
When a Russian missile cuts short the life of a child who has seen nothing yet… just imagine. My pain is not even 10% of the parents’ pain. It’s just terrifying.”
There is an entire generation of Ukrainian children who are schoolkids by now, and who do not remember what a peaceful life is like.
They are growing up in conditions where someone is constantly trying to kill them. They don't understand why. They did nothing wrong, nothing to deserve constant bombings of their homes.
Russia must be stopped. And until then, Ukraine needs air defense so that we don't have to bring toys to collapsed buildings, where Russia cut short lives that never got to experience peace.

"I had never wanted to kill a single human being. I had never felt anything like that. Pure revenge."
Asked about his hardest day of the last four years, President Zelenskyy says it was Bucha. He says he had never seen people's bodies scattered on the street in his entire life, and that after that, everything changed completely.
He also recalls an elderly man in Bucha who had survived the town's occupation during World War II: "He said the fascists never treated people like that."

Ukraine is not Russia. That's Putin’s problem – refusing to recognize a separate nation, refusing to recognize a separate country – that's what did him in. He was shown a military operation that was supposed to take three days. We found parade uniforms in their various military vehicles. They were literally marching to a parade. He still doesn't understand and doesn't want to admit that this is a different nation, a different people.
They were advancing on Kyiv from all directions. Their main goal was to seize the capital of Ukraine. They reached Kyiv. They trapped us, and then we started hammering them, and they didn't know what to do about it. They were especially shocked when they drove toward the capital and people were just throwing burning mixtures. People were setting their armor on fire. It wasn't a matter of some general being an idiot. I believe the one who gave the order just didn't fully realize what was happening.
Because what does taking Kyiv mean? When you've taken those towns on the way to Kyiv, you have to leave troops behind to hold those towns. And that takes a huge number of people. It's a pretty large territory. If the people inside offer resistance, then you need an army to hold every town. That was their mistake. They didn't even realize there would be resistance. That was their main mistake. That's it.

In 1985, an unknown band called Guns N' Roses played at a party for the Theta Xi fraternity at UCLA in exchange for thirty dollars and a case of beer. At that modest concert, they even performed the song “Welcome to the Jungle” twice.
Years later, they releasedAppetite For Destruction, an album that sold millions of copies worldwide and catapulted them to become one of the biggest rock bands on the planet.
By 1989, they were already filling arenas, and shortly thereafter, they were packing stadiums. Without a doubt, that case of beer from their early days must have tasted like glory.

With Brian Johnson sick Axl Rose fronted AC/DC & honestly…he pulled it off!
That scream still cuts through & he's clearly having a blast up there with his childhood heroes!
Nobody replaces Bon, but Axl gave it everything & left nothing on stage
Rate Axl’s performance out of 10!?

At the Nordhausen concentration camp, an American soldier named Lee Davis found a prisoner so thin that he could not lift his head. The man blinked, barely alive. Davis knelt down, broke off a piece of his chocolate ration, and gently stuffed it into his mouth.
The man burst into tears, unable to chew, but holding the chocolate as if it were gold. "He hadn't spoken in weeks," another soldier said, "but he whispered 'thank you,' in English." Private Davis remained by his side all night. The man survived. For years, he wrote to Davis, calling him "the man who brought flavor back to the world."
It's always good to be good.

my first dollar I made from parking motorcycles In daytona then making pizza .. upgraded to subway as a sandwich artist eventually hustled to be a substitute teacher and college dropout in philly .. started passing out flyers for my own events to selling kanye beat CDs, pressing vinyl, making remixes .. then pit stopped in india japan to produce music for friends . first grammy nom came from paper planes , that’s the day I realized music became my job.
basically followed every side quest and followed no rules, made music no one liked til they did and always looked at the big picture. the journey of it all. from writing charting records from country to hip hop to kpop to dance. shit I honestly had no idea what I was doing when I was doing it but I just did my best
