Help saving lives with an app side project? Yes, yes that’s what I do!
Want to know how I got there? You can find the interview on @IndieHackers 🙌🏻

.@RevenueCat, any chance we’ll be getting the YouTube Play button but for MRR? 🙏
The first version of @AirAssistApp only refreshed aircraft positions every minute (when live positions was already the norm), yet still people paid for it.
I only fixed that after 2-3 months!
Trying VEO3 for some promo stuff for @AirAssistApp.
It for some reason changes my text as if I asked it to make typo’s and physics is hard 😂
So awesome to see users that are on the app nearly from day one, an bought premium for €2,99 (one time), now switch to the new PRO features for €9,99/month.
The real supporters of @AirAssistApp ❤️
Testing iOS subscription in sandbox environment be like
@RevenueCat any thoughts how I can check if upgrading from one type of subscription (premium) to another (pro) works, without the user subscribing to both?

Oh this is neat. I never look here.
I think being in the lower percentile on crash rate is a good thing (don’t want to be in the 75th there)
Also, I charge too little? (Probably due to a lot of low priced early subscribers)
My 28day retention is also in the 75th 🔥

1. Go to App Store → Analytics → Your app → Benchmarks
2. Note where you're in the 25th percentile
↳ (AKA: it's really bad)
No matter how big your tester group size is, your app’s onboarding, being very critical, is never really thoroughly tested by this group. It means every update you have to be cautious about knocking something over in the onboarding sequence!
SEO: here are a thousand individual technical improvements you can try to leverage
ASO: put the keywords in the title and subtitle and hope it works
Great article by @SebastianRoehl though!
So there is this Facebook page that uses screenshots from my app, and they clip them in such a way my domain name always exactly falls off… and now other media are referring to them as a source 🥹
Luckily my users have a sharp eye, and help me find this stuff!

Wasn’t aware we rebranded as “North Yorkshire Weather Updates” 🤔
Please fix this, you can refer to AirAssist.app
