If there's anything I've learned about the Internet, it's that everything sucks and everyone thinks they're an expert.

Someone posted this one. I find this article interesting for another reason. This writer loved The Last Jedi and hated this, so he arbitrarily decides that Last Jedi outrage was "ugly" but this isn't. I'd argue the reaction is proportionately severe. forbes.com/sites/paultassi/2…

Stay out of the cities.
Bill Maher reveals San Francisco wanted to build ONE public toilet. The price tag hit $1,700,000. Not a toilet system. One regular toilet. Then a private company offered to build it for free. And guess what? The "free" toilet was still going to cost almost $1,000,000. MAHER: "After quote project management, construction management, architecture and engineering fees, permits, civic design review, surveys, contract preparation and cost estimation. The free toilet was still going to cost almost a million dollars. You know, if you tack on fees like that, you're not a city, you're AN AIRLINE." And taxpayers pay for all of it. Maher has lamented that "way over half" of every dollar he earns goes to taxes. MAHER: "I pay so much in taxes and it DOESN’T SEEM TO GET TO THE PEOPLE. Like I don't even mind doing it. Over half always. Way over half. And yet I never read about the homeless getting better." You pay the highest state income tax in America. You pay sales tax, gas tax, property tax. You hand over more than half. And they can't build you a toilet for under a million bucks.

They are wasting no time.
🚨 BREAKING: Incoming House Judiciary Chair Jamie Raskin promised in an interview that UNIVERSAL GUN REGISTRATION would be one of the Democrats’ top priorities in the upcoming Congress. It’s barely been 36 hours. They aren’t waiting. They’re coming after your guns.

Michigan Democratic Sen.-elect Abdul El-Sayed said his first mission will be eradicating the influence of money in American politics. “Why don’t we have guaranteed health care? Money in politics. Why don’t we have unions? Money in politics,” he said. wapo.st/4kxGzym

Polls And Committees Are Corrupt And Retarded, Exhibit A

When they tell you who they really are, believe them.
Can’t wait to show my republican colleagues the same courtesy they showed us during the 89th legislature. Rules are rules and it’s no fun when the rabbit has the gun. #BecauseWeCan

Yeah, it’s a real mystery how the crime rate is so low in a police state where the mere act of spitting on the sidewalk gets you thrown in jail. Just baffling.
I love how Singapore destroys copes on both the left and right wing. People on the left need to do mental gymnastics to explain why they pay basically 0 in taxes and somehow are the richest and lowest crime rate per capita in the world. Literally the opposite of socialist theory. People on the right need to do mental gymnastics to explain why an ethnically diverse country is the richest and lowest crime rate capita. It is so high trust, the average Singaporean has a per capita murder rate 6x lower than white Americans. Homicide is essentially a solved issue in a multi-ethnic cramped city. Its existence is a curveball to every world view, I love it.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Singapore residents are 73.9% ethnic Chinese. Its homicide rate (~0.1 per 100,000) is far lower than the 6x claim vs white Americans (~2.0 per 100,000); taxes are low but not "basically 0" (tax-to-GDP 13.4%). singstat.gov.sg/files/5645f043… bjs.ojp.gov/document/hvus2… tradingeconomics.com/singapore/inte… oecd.org/content/dam/oe…

Even if she is right, nobody is coming to save you. They won, and how they won is irrelevant now. And anyone who could seriously pursue this knows what’s coming, so they won’t. So all that Lara Logan is really doing here is endangering herself.
This is how our elections are STOLEN. This is not possible in any real world scenario. It is plain and simple. They cheated massively. And the goal is to ensure that Republicans are not able to take office ever again.Lile Inhave said already, our election system is completely captured. They are now able to covet their tracks without detection. And people just have no idea.

Let’s assume for the sake of argument that you’re right. Now ask yourself what usually happens to the people who loudly question the legitimacy of a successful coup. Because the fact is that they succeeded wildly, legitimately or not. Best of luck.
This is an extremely curious thing that isn't being talked about enough. I was at a Texas polling location nearly every day for weeks. Collin County. There was nothing unusual about the early voting. It was fairly pedestrian. Not too impressive. But Democrat turnout EXPLODED and added 1.7 million blue voters while Republican turnout held flat from 2022 midterms and nobody noticed until Election Day?

I'm going to be totally frank in the moment about where I think we are right now. This isn't a black pill, it's just an honest assessment of how hard everything is about to become. It's me telling you the house is on fire, so you have a chance to save what's most important to you. You see, the thing about "decline is a choice" is there comes a point, after you've imported or tolerated or indulged so many people who hate you, and so many people who just want to rob or take advantage of you, that the choice is no longer yours. It's theirs. That's what a democracy with indiscriminate suffrage is and ours is entrenched. Everything is going to start to change, starting right now, as you read these words. This was not an election that Republicans merely lost. This was the implosion of the Republican party and the total discrediting of the MAGA movement as an electoral force. I'm not going to cast blame or point fingers, because it doesn't matter. There's no point in an election post-mortem because you are never again going to get the chance to vote your way out of this anyway. That window closed tonight. The GOP's current brand is dead. When they rebrand, which they will, because it's a party run by cockroaches, it's going to be surrender packaged in platitudes. From today forward, if you're a normative white person under 60, a right winger, an America First type, you will no longer have viable or serious electoral political representation. They won't let you have it. Neither party. There will be the left moving the center to them and there will be some cuckhold pumping a fake set of brakes from his chair in the corner as he greedily feasts on his last meal. The takeover of the GOP has failed. We didn't have the critical mass and all rushing the cockpit got us was a smoldering crater in a field and promises of more pain to come. The people who cheered Charlie Kirk getting shot in the neck are in the driver's seat now. They're never going to forgive you for disrupting their great arc of history. They are going to kill, imprison, ruin, and crush you. Then, they're coming for your kids. This is non-negotiable for them. They are going to salt the earth and make sure nothing like MAGA can ever grow here again. I promise you this. Nothing resembling the America that was is coming back. Everything after after the 120th Congress is seated will be something new and unprecedented. The American nation's continuity with our ancestors will be severed, just like they wanted. Be ready. Collect friends. Make plans. Execute on them. Nobody is coming to save you.

Every other CFB pundit: Tennessee’s ranking is ridiculous David Ubben, like clockwork:
Tennessee being seven spots below Alabama is going to draw natural criticism. But it should be noted the Vols' head to head win over Alabama is the only win it has this season over a team with a winning record. Clearly the committee does not view their resumes on the same level.
34
It is once again time for me to recite my annual take that polls and committees are the absolute most asinine way to decide anything ever.
The college football playoff committee’s first top 25. Not sure it matters much with all the huge games this weekend, but Alabama at 5 and Tennessee, who whipped the Tide, at 13 is legit insane.
14
This committee is the worst, most non-sensical one yet. Alabama and Tennessee are both 6-2 Tennessee beat Bama 26-10. Completely dominated them. Tennessee's two losses are by a FG or less. Bama is ranked #5. Tennessee is ranked #13.

They are literally telling us that if Democrats are winning they will call the races early, but if Republicans are winning they won't call the races until tomorrow or later. That is literally what they are saying, without any exaggeration. They are telling this to us straight up, to our faces.
Democrats are heavily favored in public polling in the House and in several key Senate races. If those numbers prove accurate, it’s possible that NBC News could project control of both chambers on election night. But it’s more likely that determining the winners will take time. nbcnews.com/politics/2026-el…

They're doing the thing #journalism
Control of the House and Senate may not be immediately clear on election night, and some of the 2026 midterm election calls will take longer than others. But that's not unusual or an indication of fraud, as some candidates may claim. cbsn.ws/3WpfJP1

Just in case you didn’t think Bruce Springsteen was lame enough already
Dr. El-Sayed is a fighter for our American Constitution, he’s a fighter for our American Democracy, and he’s a fighter against the corrupt, lawless, and anti-American leadership currently in the White House. That’s why I’m in his corner 100%. Bruce Springsteen

Once again, “Idiocracy” was not supposed to be an instructional video.
The View’s Ana Navarro: “Ground beef is $6.30 a gallon. Guys, please vote these bums out.”

Her family were persecuted Mongolian immigrants, and as a young girl she spoke out against oppression by the Chinese Communist Party. What you're seeing here is not tribal wars, it's the result of brainwashing in American schools.
Democrats imported 3rd world tribal wars. Oh goodie.
