Iโve been with @Afrihost (Openserve line) for over a year. The connection drops randomly, almost daily. Iโve done all the tests โ ping, tracert, router reboots. They say itโs fixed. Two days later, same problem. Over. And. Over.
Iโve paid on time. Every month. And this is what I get? A year of instability, false fixes, and poor communication. I feel robbed.
@Afrihost โ what must I do? Get legal advice? Go to small claims court? This is unacceptable. Iโm not getting what I pay for. You have all the logs. Fix this.

Honoured to have been asked to be a keynote speaker at the #TechInBusinessSummit, hosted by @StartupGrind.
I've been in the tech startup space for 9 years and it was a privilege to share my journey with a room filled of extraordinary people.
Surgery's coming up, and I'll be laid up for 6 days, so I'd love to get this sorted ASAP for some downtime entertainment. Any recommendations or folks you know, hit me up! ๐ #PCtroubleshooting #GamingPC #TechHelp
