Islamic banks DO NOT lend money! They sell you a commodity and you pay them in installments and you do with that commodity whatever you like, which most likely you will sell it to someone else a bit cheaper than the price in cash. The answer depends whether this bank is actually Islamic and has a sharia board that overlooks its transactions or it is only there to fool people into believing that their dealings are Islamic. You need to look into their dealings, case by case so you can determine.
