It's a little disingenuous to say this is a "issue or a bug"
Rather then something maliciously done by a website with a history of cutting corners.
Having been an executive in numerous casino projects, we would notice when a game is running many/or any standard deviations above the expected RTP..
i.e. if a 95% RTP game is registering 80% RTP over a long enough sample, we definitely notice, investigate, and clear, the same way if a 99% RTP original is returning 105%.
So you guys are negligent at best, malicious at worst... would probably guess this case is veering from willfully being negligent leading the maliciousness. Either or I would recommend, as I have for the last 3 years, no one deposits on this shithole of a site

Big thank you to @provablyfairorg for actually digging into it and flagging the payout issue. We fixed Towers and HiLo, and every affected player is already getting the difference + 10% extra.
