All 5 Council Members agreed to establish an office of Inspector General as part of good business practices to oversee waste, fraud and abuse in government spending. Other IG's testified they save more money than they cost.

Bill changing way hoco Board of Ed is elected - sponsors said amending to adding 2 members appointed leaving rest of current process. Still not a good thing. Amendment should be made to Bill now. Let public know how to focus their 3 minutes to speak.
Hoco fines Taylor project only $250 per illegally cut tree and claims good forest conservation. Will likely even grant more requested favors. Great article.
