High school sports are so much more than wins and losses.
They’re where you discover grit, perseverance, and what it means to be part of something bigger than yourself.
Every practice, every game, every teammate; these moments shape you for life’s toughest challenges.

Coaches, you will never please everyone.
So don’t try.
Just do the very best you can do and trust that this will be enough.
Have confidence in your own commitment and your own character.
Trust yourself.

- Show up early
- Do extra reps
- Stay late
- Win
The boring often separates the good from the great.
Be Boring.

If you’re split…
It IS possible to train at a private facility AND your HS AND benefit from both.
A private facility can often give you things your HS cannot.
A HS can often give you things a private facility cannot.
Again, if you’re split, you CAN do both.
