I would like to thank all my younger, cooler coworkers over the years who taught me to appreciate modern pop music and hiphop. You expanded my horizons, and I am grateful! ALSO today is exhausting and I am just gonna turtle up & listen to Dad Rock. Hope everyone’s ok with that.

The entire idea of "deescalation" is based upon assumption that the opposite side also wants to deescalate and is just as conflict averse as you. But what if this assumption is false? Well, then this strategy becomes suicidal
