There comes a point where you just have to break shit with your agency in order for it to grow. I remember when I signed 8 setup clients in 1 month Our delivery straight up couldn’t handle it. We didn't really get churn from it... But that’s only because Cam and I were working 12-14 hour days to keep up. Definitely shaved some years off our lives 🤣 If you're a newer agency, or you're about to enter a scaling phase: Just expect shit to break Then learn from it Get your systems in place. And have it ready before the next wave of clients pile in.

Just a list of the best retargeting ad setups we have done on accounts: 1. Lead form leads your setter never got a hold of get sent to a call funnel 2. Low-ticket buyers who never bought the high ticket get direct response ads to a call funnel 3. Same with challenge ticket buyers who never booked^^ 4. Applied but never booked? Their ads go straight to a calendar. (this indeed cooked) Just make to sure to turn off Advantage+ For retargeting ads we like to run demo style ads, heavy educational stuff, direct offers and guarantee-led ads I also throw all past winners over the past 6-8 months into an ad set with a cost cap towards my retargeting audience. That works well too.

If you sell B2B or coaching, Q4 can be your most profitable quarter. (it's not just for the e-com boys) But ONLY if the right pieces are in place before November hits. You can't be in testing mode in Q4. CPMs can fly and your account gets volatile. And late in Q4 people get worse at showing up to sales calls. So waiting till November to start testing new funnels and offers is WAY too late. I run ads for some of the biggest household name companies in B2B and the agency space. Every Q4 we roll out the same plays for ourselves and for them. So I put every single one in one video. Inside: 1. 5 Q4-friendly funnels to layer on without killing your main one 2. Why you don't add a funnel until you're past $1,000 a day 3. Using a 2nd, 3rd and 4th ad angle to keep the account stable 4. Running your winning hooks in new ad styles 5. When a second ad platform is worth it, and the one I'd pick for B2B and coaching 6. Building an email + SMS list and the 3-5 value emails a week that warm it up 7. The Q4-only mega offer we sell to current clients and our list 8. Reactivation plays with a webinar or a 3-day challenge Want it? • Comment “Q4” • Follow me so i can DM you

Easy way to tell if your lead magnet is actually good You should be able to charge at LEAST $500 for it That's a good lead magnet If you don't feel that Don’t even bother Your free shit absolutely must be valuable

If you want to scale past 30kish/mo whatsoever You absolutely MUST put a hard cap on delivery Everything else needs to be sales calls, making ads posting content etc. There is no way around it And I'm speaking from 1st hand experience About a year ago my whole day was fulfillment. Like all day Total death I made the switch and the first couple weeks sucked ngl. I capped fulfillment at 3 hours a day. The rest of my day was only: • Sales calls • Making ads • Filming and posting content • Following up with the pipeline I literally blocked it off on my calendar. Only a sales call can book over it. Things were kind of a mess for a bit because the client work didn't get any smaller lol But 3 hours a day forced me to see which stuff I had ZERO business doing myself. Some of it went straight to an EA. Copywriting was the big one. I legit couldn't get the copy done inside my 3 hours. So I hired my first copywriter (great find btw). It sucks paying somebody at first for sure. But it got me back so much time and WAY more revenue, because those hours went right back into ads and sales calls. Now we're hitting copy bottlenecks again lol So we're hiring more copywriters. Just cap your fulfillment. You'll find out real quick what can be outsourced.

There's no best way to charge clients as an agency... Depends what you're trying to build Retainer: • For pods and fully systematized delivery • Lower risk • Still high upside just not as exponential Performance: • Volatile • You live and die by how good you are • AND how good the client's offer and closing are • High risk but high upside Hybrid: • A base plus performance on top • Usually a net rev share • Base protects you and you still get the upside

Everyone tells you to “niche down” And then you end up with people selling only to like concrete companies in the midwest with a sales team Which is WAY too tight My “niche” is just the problem we're good at solving Which is making ads work Find the problem you're good at solving and solve it for a bunch of people Over time you'll naturally see who you like working with

We run some of the biggest ad accounts in B2B and coaching. Ads only make you "f*ck you money" once you stop babysitting them. I see it all the time So many guys in our inner circle launch their ads and the next day will ask: "What do I do with my time now?" The easy thing to do is sit in the ads manager refreshing it all freakin day. But if you ask me (or any serious advertiser worth their socks) I’m HARDLY inside the ad account. My hours go into way more important shit. So I walked our Inner Circle through my whole day on a group call, and I'm giving the recording away... Inside: 1. A 5-10 min morning health check 2. My ad fatigue check every 4-5 days 3. My Friday stat pull routine and how we pick ONE bottleneck to fix 4. The 4-6 hour block I protect every day for ads and content 5. Calling no-shows once a month to ask why (it changed our pre-call emails) 6. Keeping 20-30 ads on reserve 7. My content KPIs, from YouTube videos per week to lead magnets 8. The night-before power list I've run for about 3 years SO much value in this call Want in? • Comment “DAILY” • Follow me @evanseech so i can DM you

Just spend the money I PROMISE YOU it comes back I like watches and I like cars Every time I check one of those boxes I want more stuff after it And that's what keeps me going Just don't be an idiot with it There are very smart ways to buy watches. I don't lose money on any of mine (the car I'll probably lose money on but that one was the exception🤣) TL;DR: Stay relatively within your means But spend enough that it pushes you to want more
