So proud of how far we've come at @Eventida! Our pivot had us digging very deep, *really* exploring, asking ourselves, "what is the most impactful way we could achieve our mission of making the world more accessible and inclusive?" It became clear: it starts with the data. 📊

(1/3) We did it! When there are so many different possible directions to go in, it is not easy to decide where we want to go, but we finished an accelerator program, and now know exactly what direction we are headed in.

If I was a millionaire I'd set up a non profit aimed at helping people produce more accessible services, products & experiences. As a public servant sometimes that impact doesn't feel quite as tangible. How can I do better? #QuestionOfTheDay #Accessibility

I can give an example. You don't just start using a screen reader. There is acquisition (sometimes with cost), installation, learning the software, using it where possible such that it has value and is not abandoned. All of these things amount to training of a sort. #axschat

Lots of procurement contracts have an #accessibility compliance clause which solution providers must deliver on. But once that box is ticked... #A11y needs to be at the heart of the project. #AXSChat
