🚨 YES: Consumer confidence jumped 7.5% in October to 91.7, blowing past the 81.5 forecast by more than 10 points.
The "experts" got it WRONG again. This administration KEEPS getting it done!

That alone could DOUBLE the life of the Medicare Trust Fund. Fraud has NO place in this country.

Customers always ask if they need to upload a map of the rebar mat first. Nope.
The robot drives around and maps it the first time, the same way your robot vacuum explores your apartment the day it comes out of the box.
Just with a lot more steel underneath.

In a Munro Live interview, Tesla engineers said Optimus runs on a single ~2.5 kWh battery module, and it isn't a major cost of the robot the way a pack is in a car. Near term, they see Optimus plugging in and charging the robotaxi fleet.
Robots charging robots. Asimov would be proud.
The battery detail is the one I'd circle. In field robotics, uptime is the whole business. GRID runs 14+ hours on swappable packs, because a robot waiting for a charger is just very expensive yard art!

Women running seven, eight and nine figure companies get asked how they balance it all. A lot. The honest answer is usually “not always.”
Our female founder dinner in Toronto was a room where you could say that out loud.

Most people join something new with the same question. Where do I start?
In New York, the answer was breakfast. A table of founders who'd all joined in the last few weeks, plus our team, getting to know each other before their first mastermind.

His starting point: decide whether the business needs customers, capital, hires or partnerships, then build the content around that.

A post comparing GPU clouds to airlines has been making the rounds. The idea: 85%+ of the cost is fixed, an idle GPU hour is gone forever like an empty seat, and the returns live in the last few points of utilization.
I love this framing because it applies to way more than GPUs. Robot fleets, factories, any capital-heavy startup lives or dies on utilization.
Founders, if you own expensive stuff, know your "load factor" cold. Investors WILL ask haha

Founders ask me how to launch all the time, so here's roughly how I think about it, from running launches for AI companies like Pika.
Start about a month out. Launches that feel spontaneous almost never are. You need time for the waitlist, the assets, the people who'll share it on day one, and the press.
Build the waitlist first. Launching to zero is sooooo much harder than launching to people who already raised their hand.
Make the video fun and fast. A polished explainer where the founder talks for 90 seconds usually loses to a fast cut that just shows the product doing something cool. The Pika launch video didn't have anyone talking in it at all, and some of the best launch videos I've seen cost almost nothing.
Pick your channels on purpose. X, Product Hunt and press all behave differently, and the founder's own account usually matters more than the company's.
If it doesn't pop, relaunch. A new version is a second shot at going viral, and most companies waste it by shipping it like a changelog.
None of this is rocket science. It just takes a lot more prep than people expect, and most founders start about three weeks too late.

SpaceX told the FAA it wants to launch 10,000 times a year, and says Starbase Louisiana is designed for about 30 launches and reentries per day. Per DAY.
Everyone's looking at the rockets. I'm looking at the pads, towers, and tank farms someone has to build first. That's a LOT of rebar and concrete on a schedule nobody has tried before.
Construction was already short 349k workers in 2026. Rockets aren't the bottleneck. Ironworkers are.
