Hello @uberarenaberlin, There is concern that your staff are reportedly allowing an unofficial fan-organized numbering system to dictate the queue for LE SSERAFIM’s concert on Monday. Many VIP 1 ticket holders are traveling from different cities and countries, with some unable to arrive until the day of the concert, while others have work commitments or health restraints, not allowing them to partcipate in this unofficial queue. Allowing fans to establish a queue two days in advance creates an unfair advantage and raises serious concerns about harassment, intimidation, and potential violence, particularly toward female attendees. This risks creating a hostile and unsafe environment for both fans and the artists. @mrcl590 has already shown aggression, and for the safety and well being of fans, I ask that you deny him entry. The photo below is of the aggressor. I strongly urge you not to recognize or honor any unofficial fan-organized queue or numbering system, to prevent queuing days before the event, and to establish clear, officially enforced queueing procedures that prioritize fairness and everyone's safety. The safety, fairness, and well-being of all attendees should come first.
