The dust has settled on Greene King鈥檚 rent offer. For me, I will still open with a 拢24,000 rent debt. In terms of what is undoubtedly going to be a very difficult trading year when we do open, GK is offering a 12% reduction in the rent. This is not good.

If you're tackling a #spill yourself, always use a blotting motion as rubbing may force the stain deeper into the carpet's fibres. Be prepared: bit.ly/NCCASpillGuide #NCCA #TrustedLocalCleaners

Sorry to share such a distressing video on #WorldLionDay. There can be zero excuse or justification for such cruelty. There are thought to be just 20,000 lions now left in the wild. We must do better.

When dealing with coffee spills, blot up surplus liquid using a clean white absorbent towel or kitchen paper. Apply lots of pressure to absorb as much liquid as possible. #TuesdayTip #NCCA

It is not mandatory for carpet cleaning companies to become members of the #NCCA. However, if a company is registered with us it shows that they have taken the time and expense to ensure they are in a position to offer the best possible service to their customers. #FactFriday
