बताया जा रहा है उत्तर प्रदेश के सहारनपुर का है..??, विजय पंडित नाम के एक पुजारी ने मंदिर के अंदर 10 साल की एक दलित बच्ची के साथ बलात्कार करने की कोशिश की।
जब आरोपी के खिलाफ POCSO एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई की गई, तो पूरे ब्राह्मण समुदाय ने आरोपी के समर्थन में पुलिस स्टेशन को घेर लिया।
मनु के अनुसार, ब्राह्मण को सज़ा नहीं दी जा सकती।
जब कोई ब्राह्मण किसी शूद्र महिला का उल्लंघन करता है (ऐतिहासिक श्रेणी जिसके तहत आज के संदर्भ में एक दलित महिला आएगी), तो कानून में सबसे कम आर्थिक दंड का प्रावधान है, साथ ही आध्यात्मिक प्रायश्चित भी शामिल है, लेकिन शारीरिक या मृत्युदंड की सख्त मनाही है।
मनुस्मृति 8.385:
"जो ब्राह्मण किसी रक्षित (सुरक्षित) शूद्र महिला के साथ यौन संबंध बनाता है, उस पर एक हज़ार पण का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा; लेकिन यदि वह अरक्षित (असुरक्षित) है, तो उसे पाँच सौ पण का जुर्माना देना होगा।"
मनुस्मृति 11.176:
"यदि कोई ब्राह्मण किसी शूद्र महिला के साथ यौन संबंध बनाता है, तो उसे आध्यात्मिक पाप से मुक्ति पाने के लिए एक से तीन साल तक सीमित भोजन पर रहना होगा, प्रतिदिन लगातार शुद्धिकरण अनुष्ठान करने होंगे, और कठोर प्रायश्चित (जैसे प्रजापत्य या चांद्रायण व्रत) करने होंगे।"
लेकिन,
यदि कोई शूद्र किसी ब्राह्मण महिला का उल्लंघन करता है: तो ग्रंथ में अपराधी के लिए क्रूर मृत्युदंड, यातना, या उसे ज़िंदा जलाने का आदेश दिया गया है (मनुस्मृति 8.366, 8.371)।

🇦🇹 An Afghan migrant in Austria has been sentenced to life imprisonment for an attempted honor killing after stabbing his 15-year-old daughter 12 times because she was dating a Romanian boy.
Despite the 51-year-old father arriving in Europe 22 years ago, he remained of the view that his daughter must remain true to his culture. The victim had told police she had been promised to an older Afghan man.
Heartbreakingly at the trial, the daughter insisted she had made this up, that she loved her father and forgave him, telling the court he had not been himself.
When asked by the judge if she had been coerced into saying this, she replied, "What I'm saying, I say from the heart. If I had listened to my father back then, we would still be happy."
The teenager required emergency treatment after being stabbed multiple times in the back, chest, and neck.
The defendant insisted the attack was a "mistake," telling the court, "I just wanted her to calm down a bit. I actually wanted to slap her."

I have come to the conclusion that the UK government detests women.

This is Esosa Eguakin. A Nigerian living in the UK.
On 21 August 2025, he took a train at 0715 from Fratton to London Waterloo. He sat behind a woman in her 30s and sexually assaulted her.
A few weeks later, on October 6, he took a train from Eastleigh to London Waterloo. He sat behind another woman and repeatedly groped her. She confronted him and he denied it. Police escorted him off the train at Woking.
He was charged with two counts of sexual assault and found guilty on 10 February 2026.
He received 2 years in prison and a 5 year Sexual Harm Prevention Order stating that he cannot sit or be near lone women on public transport. As if that is going to stop him.
Because…
He has done this before! Five years earlier, on 12 October 2021 he took a bus from Chichester. The bus was almost empty but he sat right behind a woman in her 20s and guess what…yes, he repeatedly groped her bottom too.
When she got off the bus he followed her and she told the driver. Eguakin was arrested and eventually pleaded guilty to sexual assault. He was given 200 hours of community service and sent on a 30 day rehabilitation program. And put on the sex offenders’ register for five years.
That is it.
As a result he was free to molest those other women in 2025. And he will be free in about a year to do the same thing again.

Atharva Vyas, a 24-year-old Indian illegal alien, allegedly violently assaulted a mother named Gabriella Perez and her three-year-old daughter in a San Antonio park April 18.
Vyas allegedly even bit the toddler and knocked out two of her teeth.
