That’s me in the middle back as a third grader at Beechwood 32 years ago! And today I’m at the @OdysseyHQ World Finals as a co-coordinator with the @OMBeechwood teams competing at Michigan State @beechwood_tiger #wearebeechwood 🐯🧠

Thank you to the Patel family for hosting my class at their @SUBWAY location for lunch today! It was such a nice gesture and the students loved walking through our community to get there!
Firsties celebrated #StarWarsDay! We had a storm trooper join us for math and decided to adopt BB8 as our class pet for the rest of the year #MayThe4thBeWithYou
What a great field trip to Caldwell Nature Center! Firsties exploring the creek @CincinnatiParks
Happening #OpeningDay2023 ! Annual reading and viewing of Abbott and Costello’s “Who’s on First” @Reds

Very cool story from the #606
Martin County doesn’t have a full High School band bc of size and funding
So Pike County Central offered to have their band play for them at the Sweet 16 and will go to Lexington next week to ensure they have music for the game
What a treat for my Ss to have a bilingual story time this morning! My tiger of the week’s mom read in Spanish and I read in English. “El Cabello Maravilloso de Dalia” was a beautiful story. #wearebeechwood
Up bright and early to represent the Beechwood Middle School Academic Team in math and social studies at the Regional Governor’s Cup! #wearebeechwood
Snow “Dey” centers crafting igloos, snow people, and symmetrical snowflakes! Such a great crew. #WorkHardPlayHard #WhoDey #snowdey

The @beechwood_tiger first graders collected 95 teddy bears for the @FTMITCHELLFD to give to frightened kids in difficult situations. Thanks to this teddy bear drive by our first grade team of Ts, the Ss learned they can make a difference in this world w/ small acts of kindness.
Just a couple teachers and @Bengals fans sporting their @HoxworthUC sweatshirts excited for the game on Sunday! #WhoDey #BloodDonation @jamiegrubish
Proud aunt! Way to go, Simon!

I think the world would be a better place if adults got to experience the joy that kids get to have when it’s @Scholastic #bookfair week.
