Throughout my years on campus, I’ve watched the gap between students and their leaders grow wider.
Too many of us feel unheard. Too many of us have lost trust in student governance.
I am running to be the next President of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences.*💙❤️

“The person who became President of the Republic on the ticket of your party. He was a drug addict, dealing in these same illicit drugs.” It's about time we put an end to his gutter behavior cloaked in politics. This unwanted attitude of being boisterous and best at bastardizing must stop!
Ouuuu🌚
Today, I had the pleasure of joining the @GreatKsbsa Corporate Monday activity! ✨
Suited and booted, connecting with amazing people, and just feeling that professional glow-up.
KSB always delivers the right push to level up the week❤️

You take your phone and type anything sigh 😔
My brother, the pain is real. Graduates from 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and even now still sitting at home with their certificates, watching life pass them by, is not something we pretend isn’t happening. We see it every day.
But let’s be honest about when this started. Most of those cohorts finished school under eight years of NPP government.
The skills mismatch, the private sector that wasn’t growing fast enough, the debt that crowded out investment all of that was already there when we took over in 2025. We didn’t create the backlog; we inherited it.
We are not quiet about it.
The Ghana Statistical Service numbers are out there for everyone to see: youth unemployment around 21.9% for ages 15-35 against a national average of about 12.8%, and nearly two million young people neither working nor in school or training.
We put the figures out because we want the country to face the size of the problem instead of hiding it.
The difference is we are not waiting until 2027 or 2028 to start talking solutions.
Right now we have the National Apprenticeship Programme already training people and distributing tools, scaling up toward a much bigger number. Adwumawura has taken in its first 10,000 young people out of over 120,000 who applied, giving them training, mentorship and support to start their own businesses.
One Million Coders has over 140,000 registered, with thousands already finishing courses in coding and digital skills.
These things are running, not just promised. Equipment is going out, training centres are active, more cohorts are coming. Ato Forson has said clearly that we must stop treating graduate unemployment as normal.
The 24-hour economy work and the New Economy plans are meant to expand real opportunities, not just create more campaign talk.
And about those childhood friends flashing money from internet fraud, education is never the foolish choice. That lifestyle is a trap. It ends in trouble with the law or frozen accounts. It is not a model for anyone. We are trying to build proper pathways that last, even if they take longer to show results.
You are right that politicians should not suddenly discover youth unemployment only when elections are near. That is why we are implementing these programmes now, while the pressure is high and the next election is still a year away. The real test is what is being done in 2025 and 2026, not who shouts the loudest later. That is the standard we have set for ourselves.
Godbless H.E John Dramani Mahama and the NDC 🙏🏿🫡❤️
