Currently debugging the last known issue affecting @faradayrf's new firmware. Once fixed should provide full throughput network interface over RF. I've got a race condition to solve!

What surprises me, and needs to change for the betterment of ham radio, is the lack of forkers, developers, documenters, etc in amateur radio space. In IOT space it's like everyone plays a part. The guys at @faradayrf started kinda because this was a problem.

Whoa! @faradayrf firmware UART to RF byte program off to a great start! The image below shows x500 of size 255 byte packets! It sounds like a continuous buzzing when transmitting :) Next is the RF RX routine then optimize for packet speed & reliability! @KB1LQC

I'm interested in what it takes to get Faraday on the 23cm band for operation outside of @IARU_R2. I had a look over the website and github project but couldn't see a Tech Description of the hardware. Is this another documentation request or am I looking in the wrong place? 😇

It was a long sleep-deprived two weeks but AO-92 is now in the hands of AMSAT Operations for everyone to enjoy. My payoff is the happy sat users! Turning my attention back to Fox-1Cliff launch documents today and the Engineering Team is still hard at work on Fox-1E and GOLF-TEE.
