It is a good and sometimes appropriate to have applause here on earth - but it is a real tragedy to live your whole life seeking other people’s approval!

Tonight, our team gathered to celebrate the baptisms of Dre Samuels, Kris Keinys, and King Anderson as they publicly declared Jesus Christ as Lord. A huge thank you to our team Chaplain, Fellowship of Christian Athletes Director, and friend Eldred Rivas for hosting and performing the baptisms, and for being a steady voice of faith and wisdom for our program every day. We are grateful for our Houston Christian University community and the foundational impact it has on our students, staff, and beyond. This place is awesome!

Imagine being so afraid of the consequences of stopping your prayer that you would rather keep praying while a man is dying in front of you. Surely, saving a life should come first. And yet, Allah is described as the Most Merciful. 😭 teapaw.org/JMNewsNetwork_/status/…

Not a just a little - ALOT!!! And that’s just to survive!!!!

You are correct but also…. While working at Santa Clara I spent 48 straight hours in the office working on a Gonzaga scouting report. My wife drove to my office at 1AM to drop off dinner. I. LOVED. EVERY. MOMENT. You have to be a bit “off” to survive in this profession.

Thank you HEAVENLY FATHER for giving to me what I ask for but don’t really need and for giving to me what I didn’t ask for but really need!

There is a special gift of blessings from GOD to those who can say “no” to temptation, thereby saying “yes” to GOD! James 1:12 is confirmation!

We didn't get the best news today at a doctors visit. Surgery #3 coming for my Babydoll(wifey). She looked at me and said God has been building me for this, And thank goodness its on a bye week so Nicholas doesn't have game 🙄 No blink! No doubt! No fear! Just Jesus! Its humbling to watch. It doesn't mean I'm not scared as hail, but man the Peace of God is incredible. My Babydolls favorite verse is 2 Corinthians 12:9–10, "But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong." She is weak right now, but our God isnt. If you are the praying type we will take em all.

Southern Miss HC Blake Anderson didn’t know his “Christ is King” shirt he wore at Eagle Walk had gone viral until he was told afterward. “The whole point of wearing it was for Christ to be glorified…I’m super grateful my bosses allow me to use my platform to share my faith.”
