We’ve got some dry pens, an exceptionally amazing attitude and a little feed gathered up if you are super sparkly excited about buying calves this coming week. 100 day minimum. For a good time message me. I’ll get back to you when I can.

Corn harvest has certainly changed here at Smith Farms over the years. My Dad picked it by hand and used a team of mules to haul it to the crib. I used an old Massey 300 to start with. Today my son uses a John Deere chopper to make earlage out of it. We all love our job.

Is there extra lean trim in the world that someone is willing to sell for 25% less?

A friend reminded me this week how blessed we are in this business to be able to work with our children. Next time I see him I need to tell him "Wait until you get to work with your children and grandchildren" Boys n girls... It doesn't get any better.

In Western Missouri there is no danger from frostbite today... Hotter than a firecracker.
