Last night, these pink-footed geese flew over us, on their way to the marshes for the night. We saw three separate skeins, all a similar size…it must have been thousands in total….

Yesterday, the sky was filled with geese all day…today, I’ve seen geese again, but also my favourites…some Whooper swans….

If you’re going to cook lasagne for dinner, it would help if you checked beforehand that you’ve got any lasagne in the cupboard, or any plain flour for the white sauce 😬😬😬 Turns out tagliatelle lasagne is a thing 🤣🤣🤣. And white sauce works with self-raising flour 🤣🤣🤣 😋
