Bullish news for Bitcoin and Crypto 👉🏻 Elon Musk’s Tesla @Tesla and SpaceX @SpaceX are exploring a merger that would combine their Bitcoin holdings into one of the largest non-mining corporate treasuries.
In a time where global corporations and institutions are rallying to leverage crypto through bitcoin $btc treasuries, tokenized assets and other key blockchain infra, we should be really optimistic about the future of the industry.
Presently, Tesla holds 11,509 BTC and SpaceX holds 18,712 BTC, for a combined total of 30,221 BTC worth roughly $2.5 billion at recent prices near $83,000
Neither company sold any Bitcoin in the third quarter. Tesla booked a large unrealized gain on its position, while SpaceX’s holdings also appreciated with the price.
Elon confirmed on SpaceX’s Q3 earnings call that independent director committees at both companies have been formed to review a potential combination. No terms have been agreed, and he has described the process as exploratory rather than certain.
If this deal pulls through, the merged entity would be around sixth among publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders, trailing only Strategy and a handful of others. The combined cost basis sits near $1 billion, implying an average acquisition price of roughly $35,000 per coin.

My conviction on DogeOs is being fueled by the 2024 DRC-20 inscription ecosystem run, if with little support DRC-20 early degenerates made $100,000-$1M in crypto gains then I wonder what a full blown ecosystem build, support from the entire @dogecoin @DogeOS will bring.
The most bearish signal in early crypto days was founders and team holding up majority of a token supply, the case for $DOGE about 10 wallets control nearly 44.1% of Doge supply, but in today’s crypto 2026 founders and team holding such amount of supply is the ultimate bullish signal, so why not just bet on it?
It’s also interesting that several major Dogecoin whales added roughly 600 million DOGE between October 12 and 16. This is evidence that the ecosystem may be positioning for something bigger.
