If you have not already, you should have a separate service monitoring your main service

Our coding agents did something interesting… We are both a @NotionHQ and @linear shop, but over time our coding agents seem to have preferred writing docs in Linear over Notion (since they were already creating tickets). And this kind of natural bias and proclivity of coding agents toward Linear slowly transformed our main context/knowledge layer to Linear (a single area). I was going to enforce agents to use Notion, but when I checked out the docs in Linear, I noticed that working with markdown is a really well-designed and clean experience… @karrisaarinen & the Linear team’s focus on developer experience, inadvertently (or intentionally), also meant that their platform was naturally more intuitive and friendly for coding agents (which are trained largely on how the best developers work). It’s really interesting because once I noticed this pattern, we started using Linear more and more for more than just issue tracking… I think Linear laid the right foundations, and just like Slack is exploding now because of agents, they may reap the benefits of having focused on developers for such a long time.

So many folks missing the point these days, Growing is the funnest part of all, don't ever want to exit
met a founder spending more time noodling on “exit strategy” before even launching their product. seemed more excited about the outcome before even putting in the work. chugged my coffee and left saying best wishes. felt like a waste of my life to hear him spit non sense.

Interesting thing happens when you have massive ambitions You stop caring about competitors/copy cats They think the rung on your ladder is your final destination

Starting a business, the most important thing becomes choosing what advice you ignore It is these sets of crevices that are the most important to explore further, and finding ways to become the exception to general rules and patterns

Ok X/Twitter algo is crazy, we just launched our customer-facing portal feature and this is what it shows me... This can't be coincidence...??
I need Slack connect but for Linear. I want customers to be able to see a full board of all the issues they've requested and have been accepted by the product team and be able to subscribe to updates via email or Slack.

your customers can follow tickets (email subscription) and leave comments directly in your embedded portal (web sdk) we turn Slack messages, emails, Granola notes, and in-app chats into feature requests/bugs ready for agents we support Linear plugin, but have some customers already migrated fully from Linear to us

Nothing is more stark than the difference in conversations you have with an advisor/investor who exited a company from start to finish vs those who have not built a business from scratch It is one of the few things where you really have to experience it yourself to have an intuition
