Guys, I don’t do the back and forth on this app, but lemme just make one thing clear. I’ve ALWAYS given flowers and respect to the women who’ve came before me, especially Shelly, and to my competitors that I race currently. I’ve never thought of myself to be better than anyone else, I’ve only ever strived to be the best that I can be. Thank you guys for tuning into Nightcap, but I hope y’all understand what I was trying to say. Everything that has happened thus far in my career has been in hopes of wanting to be become one of the greatest! The work and the results of what I have done over the past few years has put me in a conversation that I am blessed to be a part of. See y’all good folks in 2027 🫡‼️

First game back this season vs Waxahachie. 5 catches 76 yards 1 TD ⚡️ But what the stats don’t show… had some great blocks, did my job when the ball wasn’t coming my way, and helped my team however I could. Good to be back. A lot more work to do. 💯 @DentonGuyer_FB @ReedHeim @CoachHartfield @Coach_Russ21 @kylekeese @mike_gallegos16 @TrentShelton @SkysTheLimitWR @2LiveCraig @FlightSkillz @GPowersScout @GHamiltonOTF @drobalwayzopen @MikeRoach247 @TomLoy247 @Jason_Howell @Andy_Villamarzo @TFloss32 @ChadSimmons_ @samspiegs @TheUCReport @adamgorney @ErikRichardsUSA @AWilliamsUSA @UANextFootball @ChadSimmons_ @MaxPreps @jason_howell @Marchen44 @SWiltfong @CKennedy247 @JScruggsOTF @TXTopTalent

The longer I coach, the more I realize that the secret to being a great coach isn't designing cutting edge training, it's the ability to repeatedly and consistently avoid doing dumb stuff.

Too many programs market the fastest athletes to attract more talent, then ride the wave of those athletes’ natural progression instead of truly developing the athletes who need attention, guidance, and care. The signs are easy to spot. Even their top athletes make only marginal improvements year after year, while technical skill, efficiency, and movement quality remain largely unchanged. Real development isn’t recruiting talent and taking credit for the outcome. Real development is helping athletes unlock potential they couldn’t reach on their own. Don’t be distracted by marketing, hype, or social media. Watch the progression. Watch the mechanics. Watch the growth. The results will tell you everything you need to know.

It’s fairly easy to 👀 true development vs. great recruiting. Some athletes steadily improve, while others stagnate, regress, and eventually fall off.📉 The key is finding the right people who will develop you holistically — not just use your talent, but truly help you grow on and off the field.📈
