i built a 49-bot x growth team inside grok bot today not one of them can post or automate replies, that's on purpose. here's the structure so you can steal it: > x scouts (10): banger hunter, ai news, grok news, tool tester, trends, competitors… they find stuff > content studio (9): writers for posts, threads, quotes, shitposts + a hook lab + an editor > creative studio (6): designer, meme maker, video scripts, captions > engagement team (6): top reply guys, early reply sniper, collab finder > growth lab (6): analyst, posting time finder, profile optimizer > deal desk (12): gig scouts, sponsor hunter, pitch writer, scam checker what i learned building it: 1. every department gets a lead. you talk to 6 bots, not 49 2. write one brand brief and put it in shared memory so every bot reads the same rules 3. make everything draft-only. i approve, i post. no ai slop going out under my name 4. give each bot one narrow job. Ai companies used to compete on who builds the smartest models but now they care about who owns the persistent relationship with the user the opportunity is expanding from answering questions to actually handling work. they want to become your default assistant, lol meta → muse anthropic → duet openai → dots spacex → bots intelligence matters. but integration into your daily life could matter even more which personal agent do you enjoy using the most?
