Agents can hold wallets and spend USDC now. Most teams still have no clean way to cap that spend, approve the risky calls, settle SaaS or game purchases, and keep a receipt they can reconcile.
So I built Nexora for that gap: the financial control and payment layer for AI agents and USDC applications on @arc.
For autonomous agents, Nexora provisions @circle managed wallets, then puts policy in front of every payment: per-transaction and period caps, recipient and service allowlists, cooldowns, and human approval queues. Allowed payments settle in $USDC. Blocked ones return the failed rule. Every settled payment can write a normalized receipt and notify the operator via in app notifications, email and telegram account binded.
For SaaS, games, marketplaces, creator tools, subscriptions, and freelance platforms, Nexora acts as the settlement layer. Your app keeps accounts, entitlements, refunds, tax, and the internal ledger. Nexora handles payment requirements, wallet execution, policy checks, fee-aware settlement, and settlement evidence.
Concrete flows nexora supports today:
β’ SaaS / paid APIs: return HTTP 402 via x402, settle through Nexora, grant one usage unit against the receipt
β’ Games: sell an item or tournament entry in USDC, grant only after final settlement, keep gameplay state separate from custody
β’ Marketplaces / creators: bind purchase to seller, fee, product id, and idempotency key β’ Subscriptions: unique payment intent per billing period, extend access once on verified receipt
β’ Freelance / milestones: escrow with deadlines, evidence, and release rules
β’ Treasury: Save/Earn profiles and Arc stablecoin swaps for idle USDC
Arc is the primary environment . USDC pays for services and gas, so agents and apps run on one accounting asset. Policy controls for agents and x402 payments are also supported on @base and @arbitrum using USDC for services.
I also shipped @nexorafi/x402 so teams can protect Express or Next endpoints, verify, settle, and attach receipt callbacks.

When I research an early Web3 project, I start with the users:
what can they do with the product, and why would they come back to continue using it?
That question is the lens Iβm bringing to @rarelistio.

Rarelist Season 1 has a listed $50,000 prize pool.
The platform also states that RARS will later convert into $RARE. I'll be following the official updates for details on that process.
For now, I'm interested in exploring the campaigns, learning about the projects, and building a record of meaningful contributions

I'm exploring @rarelistio because I want my Web3 content to do useful work: help people understand what teams are building and help promising projects reach the right audiences.
Season 1 is live.

training AI agents through competition is an interesting approach.

The @rarelistio campaign runs until Nov 6.
Worth checking out if you're into AI agents. π₯
Weβre excited to announce a new partnership with @agentdojo
