Day#180 Wednesday Work Run
With just 32 days to go until the big day, and Jack pretty much retired, the panic has set in.
Resorting to the lunch break run...and it really wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I think it might be a new thing.

One of my worst runs (wet shoes at the first drink station, mis-timed expectation of max elevation, fucking hot).
Fitter, stronger, healthier, happier and higher proportion of titanium today.
