Uncle Bob's "Clean Code" is the Strunk & White "Elements of Style" of software dev. The less you understand the craft, the more helpful it seems. Once you understand the principles of the craft, you can clearly see it is toxic brain poison that can take decades to unlearn.

I was the instructional sticker inside the TSA body scanner machine for Halloween.
I'm wearing a full-body navy blue zentai suit with graphics of a clock and the phrase "Please hold pose" on my chest. There is a circle over my face and my hands are in the air, imitating the pose of the stick figure instructional sticker inside an airport security scanning machine.

For example, it starts at the top with basic HTML elements. Then, at the bottom, it has the type of TypeScript folks need to write for library code, or dealing with Internet Explorer in 2023.
