Much better from The Economist from Nicholas Bloom, who gets bonus marks for mentioning J Schumpeter. (The Austrians actually understood innovation). But everyone misses one thing. WFH may be principally good because it reduces the time people spend in the productivity sink which is the open plan office. Ideally hybrid working would involve three days at home or in a library and two days in a pub.

Don't mistake quick thinking for IQ. Rapid answers often reflect shallow reasoning.
Data: smarter people are faster on easy problems but slower on hard ones. They know haste makes waste, and they want to get it right.
Refusing to trade accuracy for speed is a sign of intellect.
