We don’t need officers who show courage just once in a hundred instances. We need officers who stand with the law every single time. No fear of political power, no attachment to the chair just an awakened conscience behind every uniform. A uniform demands courage, not selective bravery.

ACP मनस्वी वशिष्ठ द्वारा खुलेआम “काले कोट वालों” को गुंडा कहना, अनलॉफुल असेंबली की कार्रवाई की धमकी देना तथा लाइसेंस रद्द करने की चेतावनी देना अत्यंत आपत्तिजनक और दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। इस प्रकार की भाषा और व्यवहार न केवल अधिवक्ताओं के सम्मान को ठेस पहुँचाते हैं, बल्कि पुलिस प्रशासन की कार्यशैली और जवाबदेही पर भी गंभीर सवाल खड़े करते हैं। किसी भी अधिकारी को अपने पद और अधिकारों का दुरुपयोग करते हुए अधिवक्ताओं को अपमानित या भयभीत करने का अधिकार नहीं है। ऐसे गैर-जिम्मेदाराना बयान को किसी भी सूरत में बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। अधिवक्ताओं के सम्मान और गरिमा की रक्षा के लिए एकजुट होकर आवाज़ उठाना आवश्यक है।

🚨 Lawyers File Complaint Against Delhi Police Officer Lawyers from Karkardooma Court have filed a formal complaint against Delhi Police officer Vishal Yadav. ➡️ The officer is accused of allegedly making a threatening remark yesterday, saying that lawyers would be “riddled with AK-47 bullets.”said by vishal Yadav head constable 👮 ➡️ Taking the alleged statement seriously, the lawyers lodged a complaint at the First Battalion Police Station and demanded strict legal action against the officer. ➡️ They have also announced plans to approach the Ministry of Home Affairs over the matter. The bigger question is: If a police officer is accused of making such a serious threat, when will an impartial investigation take place and accountability be fixed? The law cannot have one standard for police officers and another for ordinary citizens. Nobody is above the law.

If you show hooliganism inside a police station, you should expect a strong backlash in court. And this video is from Jhansi. On November 1, 2026, lawyers were protesting at the Jhansi Collectorate परिसर. A police outpost in-charge and his accompanying personnel arrived at the spot and got involved in a confrontation with the protesting lawyers. The police should understand one thing: when lawyers are already protesting for their rights, why provoke them unnecessarily? Lawyers regularly organise protests and strikes to fight for their demands. The police are responsible for maintaining law and order, not creating disorder. Everyone seems to be a king in their own territory, with their own little kingdom and power games. But public authority comes with responsibility and accountability.

This caused the injury and lawyers started asking for arrest of shopkeeper. The SHO told the lawyers to settle matter amicably or there will be cross FIR. This angered the lawyers who said they'll beat the SHO (there is CCTV footage for the same) in presence of ACP Manasvi

One lawyer parked his bike in front of a shop after which an altercation took place between the lawyer and shopkeeper. Matter reached Shahdara Police Station. In PS itself the lawyer started hitting the shopkeeper and the shopkeeper took a metal name plate and hit the lawyer.

ACP Vashishta publicly calling advocates “goons” and using abusive language to humiliate them in Delhi is deeply shameful and unacceptable. Such conduct undermines both the police force and public trust in the justice system. Officers who misuse their authority should not be allowed to remain in positions of power. Dismissal would be a justified action. Ultimately, citizens will decide whom they stand with those who uphold peace, dignity and the rule of law, or those who fuel conflict and disrespect. Choose peace, not confrontation.
