🚨 $FNMA $FMCC THE NEXT BULLISH MOVE? 🚀📈
🔥 $6.40 for $FNMA and $5.87 for $FMCC are key levels to watch! A breakout above these resistance zones opens the door to next major hurdles:
🎯 $FNMA → $9.00
🎯 $FMCC → $8.00
Break through those levels, and we will be looking at a very strong bullish technical structure 👊
Prepare for breakout 🏡

A move above $6.40 for FNMA & $5.87 for FMCC is bullish. Nearest levels of recent resistance.
From there, $9 for FNMA & $8 for FMCC are
next resistance hurdles.
That would show a new strong bullish structure, which could lead to more gains if conditions remain positive.

Excellent reminder from @pratjoey regarding Bessent's commentary on 9/4/26.
"They're (Norway) just looking to upgrade their yield with other American assets.
They wanna buy Fannie, Freddie, Ginnie Mae paper. I am the biggest advocate for that.”
Regarding Ackman's interview with Nikolai Tangen, it's encouraging that the largest shareholder of & most influential advocate for Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac is crossing paths with the head of the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund.
Bannon's final words in the video are interesting. There was always a plan...and it’s being executed.
GLTA.
Replying to @HorsemanCountry @BillAckman
Bessent specifically mentioned Norway buying agency MBS, as they are considering shifting ~$80B from Treasuries into assets including agency MBS. Now Ackman is meeting with Norway's SWF chief. Interesting to say the least.

What about the fraud where the perpetrators TOOK EVERY DOLLAR FROM FANNIE MAE AND FREDDIE MAC WHILE IN CONSERVATORSHIP!! $FNMA $FMCC #Fanniegate
THAT MONEY WENT TO TREASURY AND THEN WAS USED TO FUND OBAMACARE.
WE ARE TALKING BILLIONS UPON BILLIONS TAKEN / STOLEN CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT BUT THATS NOT HOW A CONSERVATORSHIP WORKS.
YOU KNOW IT!
I KNOW IT!
WE KNOW IT!
AMERICA KNOWS IT!
And we certainly do not need to accept any type of monetary reward for presenting you THE BIGGEST FRAUD AND FINANCIAL CRIME OVER THE PAST TWO DECADES.
POSSIBLY WORSE THAN BERNIE MADOFF IF THATS EVEN POSSIBLE.
Thank God for Judge Lamberth 🙏

Ackman said in his recent video that F2 can trade at 20x earnings.
Simple look at $FMCC earnings : 650M common shares and ignoring the warrants and all of the bad policies put in place to hold the companies hostage…
In Q1 was $5.47 per share, in Q2 was $5.90 and now was $4.98/share.
After 9 months $FMCC made $16.35/share.
Run-rate for the year looks over $20 per share assuming next quarter matches the last one.
With a PE of 20 - 25 x that amount = $400 - $500 per share. Not bad for a company in conservatorship.

Now that @BillAckman is talking $FNMA and $FMCC again, I believe a plan is in place for restructuring. The only stronger signal other than an announcement from the administration would be Pagliara or Paulson speaking up.
Can we start with a simple uplist? Don't see what's so difficult or complex about that either. Looking forward to seeing F3 addressed in 2027.

Fannie/Freddie should be released from conservatorship because that’s the law, it’s really not any more complicated than that…and it’s not a “difficult” or “complex” process, it’s fairly straightforward

Fannie dropped Q3 this morning and the stock went red within 30 minutes. So I read the whole release, footnotes included.
The numbers: $4.2B net income, up 8% from a year ago. Net worth $119.6B, up 13% in a year. Return on required capital rose to 11.1% from 10.8%. The CET1 capital gap went from $33B to $30B in a single quarter. The accumulated deficit is down to about $12B, and at this pace it's gone by mid-2027.
Now look at what they chose to say. Q1 and Q2 both led with the profit streak. Q3 would have been 35 straight, and they dropped it. The first bullet is now first-time homebuyers, even though that number went down this quarter. There's a brand new stat that wasn't in either earlier release: 47% of single-family loans went to low- and middle-income borrowers. Pulte went from "earnings up 20%" to "reducing mortgage costs." And there's a new footnote changing how gains and losses get split between single-family and multifamily.
What didn't change: no "release," no "offering," no "warrants" anywhere in it. This isn't anywhere near an exit announcement and I'm not going to pretend it is.
A company sending every dollar to Treasury doesn't need to prove it serves homeowners or clean up its segment math. A company getting underwritten does.
Meanwhile the largest common holder is on his second show this week with the same plan and the same high $40s target.
Around $4, and counting Treasury's warrants, this trades at about 1.5x annualized earnings. The market is pricing the noise. I'm pricing the plan. $FNMA $FMCC

"This is a 10X if the President puts this on the list of things he’s gonna do.
I think if midterms go against the President, this is one of the things he can do without the Congress.
And the President likes to do big deals, you know. He likes to ring the bell at the exchange. And this is something that can create literally hundreds of billions of dollars for the American people."
