Following a well-attended @Groundswellaguk event, it was encouraging to see the popularity of the Butchery Tours and the strong interest in on-farm production.
It was also a great opportunity to introduce people to the concept of using our modular buildings for this purpose.

Having previously operated from a much smaller Fisher Larder, our client needed an upgrade to a purpose-built Venison Processing Unit to meet growing demand and increased throughput.
And stunning views were an added bonus!

Feels like a lifetime ago, and it's a great reminder of how far our modular format has come!
