So why has no one noticed that The XRP Flag has a Spire/Spear Head? A Spearhead meaning is very important in a Flag presentation. The spear on Flag means Military/Martial Law. Just like Gold Fringe on the US flag means Military. The Flag is the most important thing in a country.
