The Star Wars sequels have never been more culturally relevant.
Basically we have a bunch of Kylo Rens running around.

We got your back, New York!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Several figures here aren’t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. The 48% murder drop is from NY's state run GIVE program (28 departments, Jan – May 2026).

Actually makes perfect sense that conservative goyim are identifying with Anakin. Resentful young man critical of the elites gets successfully deceived by an elderly politician to sustain the boomer empire responsible for all the problems he was originally frustrated with

I really just think the entire slate has been wiped and is starring anew with starfighter and X
I don’t care about engagement I only care about leaks (if you know any inside knowledge please dm me)

Episode X will have duo leads like Finn and Rey. Their dynamic is very much that archetype, but with a more clearly defined romantic component
Been saying this lol

How I would want a your name type dynamic in Star Wars:
I wouldn’t want a full on body swap. I’d imagine a dyad in which the two characters are connected as one through the force.
This could cause maybe dreams of each other all throughout their lives without meeting. They can talk through the force like Rey and Ben
An idea i like a lot is the two losing their memories and gaining the memories of the other.
I just think it’s a concept that would work so well in Star Wars
