Corrupt CPS officer gets exposed for her lying and deception by the guy. Watch her ego crumble in real time. Lawsuit currently in progress.
Warrantless raids, manufactured emergencies, and weaponized state power: this is what happens when Child Protective Services operates completely unchecked under color of law.
What you are watching on this doorbell camera is not routine child welfare—l, it is a calculated retaliatory maneuver by Loudoun County Child Protective Services (CPS) and local sheriff’s deputies after a citizen refused to surrender his constitutional rights.
The homeowner, Farzin Yazdani, found himself targeted by an escalating series of malicious, bad-faith reports stemming from a contentious custody feud. The reporting party had already filed fabricated assault accusations against him that local prosecutors ultimately dropped (nolle prossed).
But when direct criminal allegations failed, social services was brought in as a proxy weapon to target his children, including his one-month-old breastfeeding infant, Roxana.
When caseworkers first descended on his residence flanked by armed deputies, they possessed no search warrant, no court order, and no legal authority to breach the threshold.
Yazdani stood firm behind his door, invoking his Fourth Amendment right against warrantless government searches. In response, CPS engaged in blatant bad-faith tactics:
Rather than respecting clear constitutional boundaries, the agency documented a citizen's lawful refusal of warrantless entry as hostile "non-compliance" and an "imminent threat," using his exercise of rights as a pretext to manufacture an emergency.
Within 30 minutes of the initial standoff, Yazdani reached out and offered to let the caseworker visually inspect the infant that very evening, provided she arrived without armed law enforcement. CPS and county officials rejected the offer, went before a magistrate the very next day, and falsely attested under oath that "no less-drastic alternative existed" to physically seizing the children.
The caseworker showed up with an emergency removal order obtained with zero prior notice, deliberately emailing the legal filings to Yazdani's work address just three minutes before knocking on his door, blatantly dodging his civil rights attorney who was actively calling her cell phone on the doorstep.
In their rush to execute the order, authorities forcibly seized a one-month-old nursing baby girl from her mother, Emily, a parent against whom the state had never leveled a single accusation of abuse or neglect.
The state’s manufactured narrative completely collapsed the moment it faced actual judicial scrutiny. Following an exhaustive five-day contested evidentiary hearing, a family court judge dismantled the agency's claims, threw out the emergency removal orders, and ruled that the statutory threshold for state intervention had never been met. Baby Roxana was ordered returned home after eight days in state custody.
The battle, however, is far from over. Rather than letting the misconduct stay hidden behind closed doors, Yazdani has escalated the fight to federal court, filing a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights lawsuit against the involved Loudoun County deputies and caseworkers for unconstitutional seizure, due process violations, and abuse of state power.
This lawsuit is in progress and we will update once there is a conclusion.
If you ever wondered why they are called trailers.
Movie trailers were originally shown at the very end of films, which is why they are called "trailers".
In the 1910s, promotional previews for upcoming serial chapters and feature films were spliced at the conclusion of the program so they would literally "trail" the main feature. Theater owners quickly noticed a massive flaw in the strategy: the moment the credits rolled and the lights came up, audiences stood up and walked out of the auditorium before the previews even started playing. Exhibitors eventually moved them ahead of the movie, but the name stubbornly stuck.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney just declared economic "war" on the United States over Trump's 50% tariffs. But this isn't really about trade. Look at who Carney is. He's one of the most powerful supporters of the Great Reset that Trump is trying to destroy.
And look who he just hired as his Chief Operating Officer: Maia Johnson, an American Democratic operative who worked on the Hillary Clinton, Biden, and Harris campaigns. She built her career trying to beat Trump. Now, Carney is hoping she can help him do it.
Carney knows that Canada can't win a trade war against the U.S. So, he's embracing the same strategy as Iran and every other enemy of Trump: target the American people and aim the pain at them. He's betting on Americans to get tired enough that they put the Democrats who supported the Great Reset back in power. That's the real goal of his trade war.

❗️❗️🇺🇸🇮🇱🚀🇮🇷 The United States is reportedly preparing a new large-scale military operation against Iran, with multiple major American media outlets indicating that an intensive air campaign could begin as early as this weekend.
🔹 The Wall Street Journal: President Donald Trump has ordered the U.S. military to prepare a new attack on Iran that could begin this weekend and continue for several days.
🔹 ABC News: Trump is considering a sustained series of strikes against Iran's energy infrastructure. According to another source, the plans were discussed with Israeli officials, although it remains unclear whether Israel will directly participate.
🔹 NBC News: The United States and Israel are reportedly preparing what could become the most extensive bombing campaign yet against Iran's energy infrastructure, with operations potentially lasting throughout the weekend.
🔹 CNN: The U.S. has prepared plans for a new wave of strikes that could begin this weekend, including options targeting Iran's nuclear and energy infrastructure. According to the network, there are currently no clear indications that Israel will participate directly in this phase of the operation.
🔹 CBS News: Israeli officials have been fully briefed and remain in close coordination with Washington. Sources say discussions included completing the expanded strike campaign before financial markets reopen on Monday due to concerns over its potential impact on the U.S. and global economy. According to two U.S. officials, Iranian power plants and oil refineries are expected to be among the primary targets. A senior Israeli official also said that Trump and Netanyahu reviewed three military options, including strikes focused on Iran's strategic ground supply routes.
The convergence of reporting from several major U.S. media outlets suggests that Washington is actively preparing options for a significantly broader campaign than previous operations. If such strikes are carried out, they would likely mark a major escalation aimed at degrading Iran's military and economic infrastructure while substantially increasing the risk of a wider regional confrontation.

‼️🇺🇸🇮🇷🇮🇱 Over the past few hours, virtually every major US outlet has been reporting that Trump ordered military forces to launch a massive bombing campaign against Iran's energy and critical infrastructure to force Tehran into accepting American terms.
At the same time, Israeli media reports that the campaign could start this weekend, with Israel likely participating as well.
Iran has already responded to the reports, stating it is prepared for further escalation and knows how to react if the US targets its energy facilities.
Tehran signaled that if its energy infrastructure gets hit, the facilities of US allies in the Persian Gulf won't be safe either, warning of a mirror response.
