Up until 2014, I wasn't political. Like, at all. Then I started HATING the kind of bullshit being perpetrated on us by Obama and his cronies, and started getting vocal about it. Voted for the first time in my life in 2016. And have voted in every election since. But now, I'm missing those pre-2014 days when I knew your vote doesn't fucking matter, that they're all corrupt no matter the president, congressman, or senator, and ignorance was bliss. The elite ruling class will have it their way and shy of an outright revolution, there's simply nothing you can do about it. And the political climate has reached a boiling point like we've never seen. People are disowning family and long-time friends over it. Ridiculous. Where's you're fucking priorities? Doing that indicates politics is your god, and all else is a distant second. What the fuck have we become? This is weapons-grade insanity. Feel like I'm ready to fade back into the shadows. The constant in-fighting drains so much emotional energy that I'm not sure it's even worth the fight anymore, and most of us don't even know what we're even fighting for anymore.
