PSA: It was recently brought to my attention by a user from Brazil that my apps are very expensive in poorer countries, so I’ve adjusted the price of my apps for multiple countries to be lower.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention, Don.

That de-escalated quickly…
And I already updated @flickeryApp to comply with the changes 🤦♂️

A little nod to @flickeryApp in @ScreenFloatApp v2.0 (the flying animation), and to @YoinkApp, for that matter (the shaking folder icon) 🤣

I wish you all a very happy and prosperous new year!
I’d also like to take a moment and thank you for your continued support of my work, your feedback on my apps and your general awesomeness of being you.

It's the second time in a few months @YoinkApp received a 1-star review because it asks for reviews every now and then.
The app asks once after the seventh launch of the app, then every six months if there's been an update since then.
How do you feel about this?
33%Ask only once, ever
45%Every now and then is ok
6%Ask after every update
17%Don't ask at all

Replying to @eternalstorms @flickeryApp
(I had to raise the minimum system version from 10.7.3 to 10.10, though)

ok, fixing up @flickeryApp for Big Sur and Apple Silicon was easier than I thought.
But seeing this app, I sure need to work on it soon. It looks so outdated. Oof.

It’s interesting, though, because I switched from QTKit in @flickeryApp to AVFoundation for video playback in May 2018. For some reason, that particular QTMovieView deprecation didn’t come up then 😤
