Yes Ult has some very ignorant characters, but they still don't feel nearly as egregious as things like launch Happy Chaos, T7 Leroy, SF6 JP, launch Lab Coat 21, some of the earlier PM characters, etc. Ult's a pretty good game at the end of the day

Ultimate will be one of the last games to be nearly untainted by the things that plague gaming as a a hobby. We won't appreciate how special this game is in spute of it's flaws until it is far, FAR too late.
