Geen verwijt omdat het vantevoren niet te voorspellen is welke technische afhankelijkheden voor problemen gaan zorgen. Maar wel een goed voorbeeld waarom je de technische afhankelijkheden voor o.a. crisiscommunicatie misschien radicaal wilt minimaliseren.

Ik zie een hoop offline websites om php te patchen. Voor wie dat nalaat: maak je geen zorgen want het datalekken-meldformulier van de AP is geschreven in Pascal en is nog gewoon beschikbaar.

Ah, de backdoor wens wordt nu wat anders ingepakt. Er zitten hier hele valide wensen achter waarvan het zonde zou zijn als ze samen met de backdoor-wens aan de kant geschoven worden.

Ik ben als klant benieuwd bij welke bank (relatief) het minste geld van klanten weglekt naar criminelen. Voor mij persoonlijk is het voorkomen van het weglekken van een euro meer dan een euro preventie waard. Maar banken hebben afgesproken om niet te concurreren op veiligheid.

"Smart glasses should make their recording obvious" or what? Can the smart glasses get a fine? Please make it explicit who is responsible. And please don't forget that a single LED is highly unlikely to be sufficient to comply with art 13/14 of the GDPR.

I know the linked page explains more about who the data controller is. But I get annoyed by language implying that a device has obligations. No one can fine glasses for not having a functional LED while filming. And singling out the LED as the only required transparancy measure

while not mentioning the others might give non-expert controllers the wrong impression. How does a controller need to inform about processing purposes? Data retention terms? Transfers to a third party? By post-it on their face?
