I like robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18. Been seeing a lot of fud and think people are forgetting how quick these things move once new catalysts come in to play. Don’t think Robinhood plan on just rolling over here.
Am getting burnt trying to be early in newish pairs here. For a week I could buy any funny ticker/stock pairing and it would go up. Feel like the move here is to start positioning in longer term established infra that will grow as the RH ecosystem continues to expand. I sold AI at 5 mil but this isn’t stopping me from seeing the vision for what it will become and reentering on this pullback.

To recap this mornings drama:
CEO hears about tokenized stocks for the first time and immediately tries to do a citizens arrest on twitter
Meanwhile, the tokenized stocks were carefully setup in a legal manner by a former sec commissioner

Fundamental for cards continue to climb. Price has decoupled due to lack of attention. Hot ball of money is currently on robinhood
If you dont want to chase the dragon. The next best thing is capture edging in extreme mispricing. $cards is one of these plays. It remains to be one of my highest conviction trades, im willing to sit in this one until the market prices it fairly.
People are also underestimating the social media campaigns the team is running. The tcg market continues to make new aths, especially in pokemon and riftbound.
The team has proven it has amazing track record in running the business and navigating borh crypto and collectible space. Absolute no brainer.

now that the weekend's over and most of the pump retraced, some more thoughts on solana:CARDSccUMFKoPRZxt5vt3ksUbxEFEcnZ3H2pd3dKxYjp. I'll highlight a few things ct is underestimating about the business. I'm not a seed investor or paid or anything like that, but I've had a solid track record of putting together info the team has dropped
- my bull case was always that $cards could get a good chunk of ebay/gamestop/psa/etc's business and become the liquidity layer, gacha, and distributor for many valuable real world tokenized items. I believe everything below will show that they're hungry, ambitious, and executing extremely well on tokenizing the immense and very profitable world of physical collectibles and rarities
- a big concern was that the team wasn't aligned with the token and "no buybacks". well, not only did they do manual buybacks, buyout some early investors and advisors, but the automatic per-pack buybacks have been going for 4~ months, and they burned some $4-$5 mil in tokens
- while team unlocks have started, the team itself has no equity. that means their upside is tied to the token itself. sure, they could dump, but the team has shown a long-term vision for the company and executed it extremely well
- speaking of long term vision, how many on ct are familiar with whatnot? huge consumer app onboarding immense amounts of people weekly, just raised at $20 bil? well, the cards team has been dropping bits of info the past few months about ripmart. I suspect, though I'm not sure, that the reason their mobile app is taking a bit is because they're refining the ripmart experience to be as tight as possible
- I think the warehouse aspect is very underappreciated by ct. buying 100k sq ft of warehouses, buying a local game store for wholesale availability, creating intake/shipping software, integrating robotics into that, that's a tremendous opportunity. PSA is currently going through a number of issues, especially around multiple-month long delays around shipping, while the cards team is innovating larger, faster warehouses for storage and distribution. yes, physical warehouses have costs, but they can also access a market that no one else in crypto can touch or vamp
- if you've ever dealt with ebay or auction houses for larger value items, then you should be very impressed with 2 people pulling their $250k lugia and being paid instantly for it. this kind of liquidity is simply not available in traditional auctions, and I believe as they continue expanding their gacha and marketplace product lines, people will very obviously see the benefits over ebay, heritage, etc...
- there's more you can pick up from autec's posts in discord, from the summary post, etc... but I think this is long enough. see you at $1
Summary:
Y1 Numbers
- Crossed $1B gross revenue on Aug 13. Peak week of $21.5M in gacha (215k packs).
- Gave away 141,724 free packs ($12.2M face value) vs. the $1M they'd promised.
- Shipped 46,811 cards worth $23.5M insured to 84 countries.
- Bought two Montana buildings (~100k sq ft) for vaulting, an LGS, and wholesale distribution; now building robotic intake and storage.
- Raised ~$1.1M pre-seed + seed (mostly from their own users), then ~$3.5M via a Metaplex launch pool.
They're a tech company welded to a warehouse
Buybacks - four channels with on-chain verification:
- Market-making bot since April 19: 3.48M solana:CARDSccUMFKoPRZxt5vt3ksUbxEFEcnZ3H2pd3dKxYjp, $616k USDC, avg $0.1772, zero sold
- Buybacks from advisors and pre-seed VCs
- Support buys during dumps: 6.01M solana:CARDSccUMFKoPRZxt5vt3ksUbxEFEcnZ3H2pd3dKxYjp, $226k, avg $0.0376
- Raydium LP fees: $1.34M USDC + 9.35M solana:CARDSccUMFKoPRZxt5vt3ksUbxEFEcnZ3H2pd3dKxYjp over 44 harvests
Total ~22.5M tokens, ~5.4% of circulating supply pre-Aug 29 unlocks - now burned. They explicitly draw a line between this and burning foundation-wallet allocation (they hold 38%), calling the latter "deleting monopoly money" since no real capital was spent.
Non-drop 5 next week at 0.75%, the last at that rate; the following four drop to 0.5%.
Lastly,
RIPMART
This is the easiest, most comfy hold of my life. Thank you @TuomHolmberg @Collector_Crypt @JoeMunnsHK for building such a fantastic product, on crypto no less, creating such a asymmetric investment opportunity into one of the fastest growing verticals of the coming decade.

We have the biggest retail investment app telling the world they are going to focus on RWA's.
We then have a business that is based on RWA's for one of the most popular IPs in the whole world, amongst others in their hypergrowth stage.
On top of that, this business has a token of which they have said owns the foundation encapsulating their whole business.
Lastly they have stated all value within the business will be driven to the token and not its equity.

The biggest catalysts I see for Collector Crypt over the next few months as one of their early investors:
1) The CLARITY Act and increasing regulatory clarity.
Collector Crypt is probably THE project with the most attractive ratio of revenue generation to market cap out there, and the reason for that is that people have doubts about what they're actually buying with the token. Increasing regulatory clarity will clear those doubts out of the way and lead to a massive repricing. Those who put in the work now and decide for themselves how committed and trustable this team really is should benefit from that repricing, and from the massive discount available right now.
On top of that, I'm firmly convinced it will be a huge edge for Collector down the line that they're specifically NOT burning 50-100% of their revenue on buybacks just to keep token holders and short term community members happy. Instead they reinvest it into the business to strengthen their market position and compound massively over time.
2) The Pokemon 30th anniversary is coming up next month.
I think it's going to get really loud around Pokemon and TCGs again, both inside and outside of crypto. How could Collector Crypt not benefit from that.
3) The CARDS 1 year anniversary is also coming up next month.
They've already announced the return of their "gacha games," which was a big success before, and I wouldn't be surprised if there are more surprises lined up, especially as it aligns with the Pokemon anniversary. Expect this to bring significant attention, users and volume back to both their gacha and their secondary marketplace.
4) They have a massive new product release coming up in October.
I want to avoid saying too much, as it's highly confidential and they obviously want to remain competitive, but a few community members have already connected the dots and hinted at it. If you do some digging, you should be able to do the same.
What I can say is that it will be a completely new product offering at a huge scale. I'm confident this will not only bring Collector Crypt to a huge number of non-crypto people and finally make it grow outside of this crypto echo chamber without people even realizing it, but at the same time bring huge amounts of supply onchain. I wish I could say more, but I strongly believe this will be the key differentiating factor for Collector Crypt to establish itself as the absolute incumbent, hit escape velocity, and grow at an unprecedented speed.
5) Overall market conditions.
While I'm excited that they'll soon build market share outside of crypto too, the crypto native business is still hugely important. I was impressed by the volume crypto natives already drove on the platform during a bear market, so I don't even want to imagine the kind of volume they'll drive in a bull market, when everyone has made money and is far more willing to spend it loosely on things they love.
To sum it up: I think the current $CARDS prices are an absolute blessing for anyone willing to do some research, and for those willing to think a bit longer term than 2 days.
Sure, I might be biased here, as I'm an early investor in Collector Crypt. For what it's worth, we still hold our venture position despite the fact it's fully unlocked already, and bought even more on the liquid market. But that's also exactly why I'm close to the team and speak with them regularly, so I genuinely feel comfortable vouching for this team, their trustworthiness, and their commitment to their token holders.
@TuomHolmberg will probably hate me for this tweet, but it's time for people to wake up to what might be one of the most underpriced assets and greatest onchain businesses in the entire industry.
