October 27 is celebrated as the Day of the Dead for Pets (Día de Muertos de las Mascotas) in México.
I've had a few special dogs in my life and they absolutely deserve to be remembered.
Rest in peace, puppies.
We'll light candles in your honor.
You'll never be forgotten.

Iran is willing to mediate, but Yemen will continue fighting until Saudi Arabia accepts its conditions.
We welcome any mediation from any country, whether Iran or others. The important thing is that we will not change or compromise on any of Sana'a's conditions, and we will not stop until Saudi Arabia implements Sana'a's conditions.
Some interesting points by an Iranian analyst regarding the quadrilateral meeting today in Tehran.
The points I found interesting:
Iran agreed to the meeting initiative strictly as the “Tehran Meeting,” not under the Mecca Pact framework.
Iran discussed ending the war and reducing tensions, but Iran’s stance toward the US and its 7 conditions remained unchanged.
The talks could pave the way for acceptance of Iran’s security demands regarding the Strait of Hormoz with Oman, provided Saudi Arabia demonstrates goodwill and stops obstructing progress.
Iran is willing to mediate, but AnsarAllah will continue fighting until Saudi Arabia accepts its conditions.
All parties expressed concerns over Israel’s actions in the region, though no unified agenda.
Zero help for 3 months...
Unable to pay rent of $300/month, Alaa [@alaa_alaa990], young siblings and their disabled mother were evicted.
They've been on the streets for 24 hours, barely surviving in flood season.
If this goes on, they may not survive.

Betty at the vet today for her 2nd year boosters (good for 3 years now) and her annual checkup as a special needs cat.
Giving her the motion sickness meds (cerenia) ahead of the car ride made things so much better for her this trip.

I believe this is the area with the highest population density in Gaza.
Therefore you can do the most good here
The Sameer Project’s Sawarha Medical Clinic, located between Deir al Balah and Nuseirat, continues to treat 50–80 patients every day, despite other hospitals and clinics operating in central Gaza. Contribute now: chuffed.org/project/136892-m…
Why? Because Gaza’s healthcare crisis extends far beyond destroyed hospitals.
The genocide has devastated the infrastructure, agriculture, sanitation systems, and living conditions that support a healthy population. People are still getting sick, suffering injuries, and living with untreated medical conditions.
And with winter approaching, we are already seeing respiratory infections, colds, and flu cases that threaten to increase as temperatures drop and families remain exposed in inadequate shelters.
Our Sawarha Clinic remains a lifeline for families who need consistent, accessible and FREE medical care.
Help us keep its doors open. Donate to The Sameer Project’s Medical Campaign: chuffed.org/project/136892-m…
