Roblox is currently testing what seems to be some kind of "delete item if duplicate is found" AI detection. Spoiler: it doesn't work, it deletes both the original item and the item being actively sold and purchased on the catalog. Support won't help. There's no ban message, nothing in the report-appeals page to appeal, so support will do what they do best: close the ticket and send you a macro reply "we're sorry, we are unable to provide you with more information..." This is yet another grand failure in Roblox's long line of moderation failures. When YOUR income is affected, Roblox Support shrugs their shoulders and refuses to help. Any staff want to take a look at this before it gets out of hand? You're already looking at thousands of items being falsely deleted. Myself and many other creators are affected.
